Every agency has policyholders who file a claim and immediately call their agent with questions the agent has no authority to resolve. That confusion lands on the agency by default. ClaimSpeak picks it up instead.
"The adjuster came out last week and nobody has told me anything since."
"They sent me a check but it doesn't even cover half of what the contractor quoted."
"I got a letter about something called recoverable depreciation and I have no idea what to do with it."
"My neighbor got their whole roof replaced and I got a patch. Same storm."
"I need to file an FNOL."
"Can you contact the carrier?"
"I need to make a policy change."
"I need my agent's authority."
The agency receives a unique referral link tied to its business. Share it with policyholders at FNOL, during active claims, or at point of sale as a value-add. When a policyholder uses the link, ClaimSpeak helps them understand the language and structure of their own claim. What the coverage terms mean, how an estimate is organized, how depreciation is represented. The policyholder gets answers without calling the agency for explanation.
The structural split is roughly 50%. Half of the calls an agency fields on a claim are education. The other half are action. ClaimSpeak absorbs the education half. The action calls remain where they belong.
Policyholders who sign up can also build a claim file. A structured, running record of their claim that organizes every question asked, every response received, and every document uploaded into a single reference point. The claim file gives the policyholder something to look at instead of someone to call.
Share a link. That's it.
Referral link clicks, sessions created, queries submitted, and average session depth. All tied to the agency's referral source.
Call volume and duration from the agency phone system. CRM tag for clients who used ClaimSpeak. Comparison of call volume and duration between ClaimSpeak users and non-users.
ClaimSpeak provides a quarterly report. The agency compares against its call logs. Over two quarters, the pattern is either there or it isn't.
